The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is seeking energetic and enthusiastic program staff to fill positions in the Aquatic Programs Team.
Our swim school is one of the largest in New South Wales. With 3500 students, we cater to the needs of all swimmers, ranging from babies through to the elite athletes. We offer a range of programs to meet the needs of the community including learn to swim lesson, children's aquatic birthday parties and school holiday programs.
Salary
Casual Rate - $32.11 per hour + super + weekend penalty rates
Essential requirements:
- Current Swimming Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety Qualifications (AUSTSWIM, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (Employment)
Desirable:
- Additional Swimming Teaching Qualifications including:
- Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics
- Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion
- Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes
- Teacher of Adults
- Development Coaching
- Experience in recreation or aquatic customer service or programming
- First Aid Certificate
Other details
- We offer a number of shifts, ranging between Monday - Sunday (am and pm).

- All prerequisite qualifications must be maintained by the applicant on an ongoing basis
- Australian citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply (supporting documentation required).
