Access to the Aquatic Centre will cease 30 minutes prior to closure. Patrons will be required to exit all areas 15 minutes prior to closure.

About the venue
Sydney Olympic Park Authority is responsible for the venue management of the Aquatic Centre.
The Aquatic Centre is part of the Authority's Sports Venues division, and involves the successful daily management of facilities to meet the competition and training needs of athletes and the recreational and fitness needs of the community, thereby contributing to the advancement of a healthy, social and cultural lifestyle for the people of NSW.
The Aquatic Centre was the venue of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming competition during the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and today continues to host international, national, state and community competitions.

Conditions of entry
- The Sydney Olympic Park Authority (Management) is responsible for the management of the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre (Aquatic Centre).
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Aquatic Centre, any patrons who:
- are in breach of, or refuse to comply with these Conditions of Entry;
- refuse to comply with any reasonable requests from Management; and/or
- are conducting themselves in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, offensive or otherwise exhibiting behaviour that is considered unacceptable by Management.
- For safety and security reasons, all patrons accessing the Aquatic Centre must obey all signs around the Aquatic Centre.
- The Aquatic Centre including all outdoor areas is a non-smoking venue.
- The Aquatic Centre is a licensed venue.
- Please observe pool rules at all times, including showering before entering the pools and spas.
- Any patrons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted into the Aquatic Centre.
- Any patrons attempting to gain entry without paying the pool entry fee as displayed on any relevant signage or without authorisation may be prosecuted.
- The Aquatic Centre prohibits certain goods from being brought into the venue. Patron's bags may be searched upon request. Prohibited goods include but is not limited to:
- Glass objects
- Alcohol and drugs
- Large inflatable objects
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles and similar equipment
- Knives, sharp objects of any kind or dangerous weapons which are prohibited by law
- Items that have the potential to cause injury or nuisance
- Children 10 years and under must be closely supervised (within arms reach) by a person (16 years and over). Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by a person 16 years and older. Children 3 years and under obtain free admission to the Aquatic Centre, with a paying swimming person (16 years and over).
- Only recognised and appropriate swimwear, which means it has been specifically manufactured for swimming and made from lycra and nylon is to be worn in the water, steam room and sauna area. Only recognised waterproof nappies are to be worn in the water for infants.
- Articles of clothing such as street wear, underwear, cut-off jeans, t-shirts, bike-pants, leotards, casual wear and sporting wear are strictly prohibited in the pools.
- Standing on seats is not permitted.
- The Aquatic Centre caters for all food and beverage requirements. commercial fast foods including external delivery are not permitted.
- No pets or animals permitted in the venue, with the exception of Assistance Animals.
- Aquatic Centre Staff or contractors approved by management are only permitted to conduct learn to swim, private swimming lessons, squad coaching sessions or any other program activity.
- Aquatic Centre Staff or contractors approved by management only permitted to conduct tours of the venue.
- Video cameras, still cameras and mobile phone cameras are not permitted in change rooms.
- The Aquatic Centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings. Lockers are made available throughout the venue.
- For the safety of all patrons, the venue is under CCTV surveillance at all times.
- You enter and use this facility at your own risk.
Conditions of entry are subject to change without notice and are subject to Sydney Olympic Park Authority Regulation 2018.
Lost property
The Aquatic Centre, general lost property items are kept for a period of four weeks. After this time, all reusable clothing and other suitable items will be donated to charity. Valuable items such as phones, wallets, watches and keys are stored onsite for three months before being provided to NSW Police.
For health and safety purposes, the following items will not be stored on site:
- Sanitary products
- Food
- Drink bottles
- Hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, soaps and deodorants)
- Underwear
The Aquatic Centre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings as per the venues conditions of entry.
If you have lost an item within the venue, please complete the form below. If your item is found, you will be contacted within 7 days by a member of our team.
Note: Due to the high amount of lost property requests we received, you will only receive a response from staff if your item is located.
